Experience an artistic and sensory journey in the heart of the historic centre of Acerra, just a few kilometres from Naples and Caserta, inside a small painting studio where art, emotions and tradition come together in an authentic way. Welcoming you will be a renowned visually impaired artist, appreciated both in Italy and abroad, whose works have received recognition from prominent art critics, including Vittorio Sgarbi.

Guided directly by Giacomo, you will take part in an immersive experience where painting is explored through touch, listening and imagination. A unique activity that allows you to discover colours, shapes and emotions beyond simple visual observation.

To fully embrace the experience, part of the workshop will be conducted blindfolded, allowing you to set aside the sense of sight and rely entirely on perceptions, sounds, emotions and materials. An authentic way to understand the philosophy of Sensazionismo, experiencing art through personal sensations and intuition.

During the workshop, you will listen to evocative poetic audio descriptions dedicated to artworks and symbols of Campanian culture, including the famous “Pulcinella on the Swing”, a historic symbol of Acerra. Guided by sound narratives, music, scents and tactile materials, you will create your own textured painting on canvas, experimenting with acrylic colours, textures and sensory activities, even while blindfolded.
