What you will do

Discover the authentic taste of Neapolitan pizza by taking part in an engaging pizza-making workshop in Acerra, in the heart of Campania. The experience takes place inside a charming historic inn overlooking the picturesque Castle of the Counts of Acerra, right in the historic centre of Acerra, in a welcoming atmosphere rich in tradition.

You will be welcomed by a historic family-run business, where pizza makers for three generations have chosen to preserve and promote the authentic art of Neapolitan pizza. Surrounded by stories, the aroma of the oven and genuine local hospitality, you will enjoy a convivial experience just a few kilometres from Naples.

The workshop begins with a hands-on approach as you immediately start working with the dough, discovering flours, techniques and secrets passed down through generations. You will be guided step by step through every stage of preparation: from dough making and shaping to forming the dough balls, stretching and finally topping your own Margherita or Marinara pizza.

At the end of the pizza workshop, you will enjoy the pizza you prepared yourself, accompanied by a soft drink, experiencing a truly authentic moment of conviviality and tradition.
