What you will do

Live a unique experience discovering the Baia di Ieranto, a nature reserve protected by the FAI – Italian Environmental Fund, where unspoiled nature and history meet in a breathtaking landscape.

Accompanied by an environmental hiking guide and FAI representative, you will follow the panoramic trail from Nerano to the splendid Ieranto beach, known for its unique biodiversity and historical ties to the region.

Along the way, the guide will tell you about the local flora and fauna, agricultural traditions, and the industrial past that shaped the area. You’ll stop at the farmhouse, the heart of the rural life of the area, and then continue to the former Italsider quarry, a historic site that reflects the industrial evolution of the territory.

At the end of the trekking, your adventure continues at sea: choose between kayaking or snorkeling, and, guided by marine biologists, explore the marine caves and hidden coves of Ieranto, immersing yourself in the wonderful underwater world.
