Inside the museum, you'll have the opportunity to closely observe and touch precious original tools of the cheesemaking tradition, perfectly preserved. Among the rarest pieces are manual and electric cream separators, a copper churn from the late 1800s, antique milk transport containers, payroll books, historical documents, and even branding tools once used as currency between farmers and cheesemakers. A true journey through time into the roots of Campanian dairy art.
During the guided tasting, you’ll sample 7 types of artisanal cheeses, made directly on-site following ancient family recipes. A journey through textures and authentic flavors to fully experience the quality and variety of the farm’s dairy products.
