PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP

Depending on age, the workshop aims to:

• Promote knowledge and culture of pure chocolate
• Recognize through the senses and assess the value of a product
• See chocolate as a festive, fun and sharing element
• Expand knowledge about the cocoa plant (geographic, historical and mythical origins)
• Understand the entire production chain from cocoa to chocolate
• Identify the different players in the production chain
• Understand the importance of using quality raw materials in chocolate production

The main tool is the workshop itself, conceived as a real game-experience, both theoretical and practical.

• Theoretical part: discover the geographical origin and the cocoa plant, the various processing and transformation phases, up to the finished chocolate and its multiple uses.
• Practical part: through the five senses you will explore aromas, flavors and even the sounds of chocolate, taking part in a guided tasting of raw materials and the final product for a complete and unforgettable immersion.

CHOCOLATE LUNCH AND MASSAGE
