TASTING

You will have the opportunity to choose between two different tasting options.

STANDARD TASTING

Includes the tasting of 3 wine labels from the following types:

• Irpinia Falanghina Spumante DOC – Metodo Classico
• A glass of white wine of your choice between Fiano di Avellino DOCG and Greco di Tufo DOCG
• Irpinia Aglianico DOP

Based on availability, the experience includes a food tasting featuring a bruschetta and a platter with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses.

PREMIUM TASTING

Includes the tasting of 4 wine labels from the following types:

• A glass of Spumante Metodo Classico
• A glass of white wine: Fiano di Avellino DOCG or Greco di Tufo DOCG 2020
• A glass of Taurasi DOCG 2015
• A glass of “meditation wine”

Each glass is paired with a small food accompaniment featuring a bruschetta and a platter with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses.
