What you will do

Discover the true Campanian cuisine in a unique experience in Sorrento! An authentic gastronomic experience in the Sorrento Peninsula, where you will get your hands in dough and prepare fresh pasta, mozzarella, and a delicious tiramisù, guided by a professional chef.

Start from the center of Sorrento and immerse yourself in the tradition of Campanian cuisine. The gastronomic experience will take place in a cozy cooking school in the heart of the city, with a beautiful panoramic terrace offering a spectacular view. The day will begin with a welcome aperitif: Limoncello Spritz, local cold cuts, and cheeses, perfect for discovering local flavors.

Learn how to make tiramisù al limoncello, a variant of the traditional Italian recipe, and choose between two typical dishes: gnocchi sorrentini or stuffed ravioli. Follow our expert chef through every step of preparing fresh pasta, from the initial stages to cooking. Then, the main dish: learn how to prepare parmigiana di melanzane, a classic of Campanian cuisine.

At the end of the lesson, enjoy the dishes you prepared in a convivial lunch, accompanied by a glass of local wine and traditional liqueurs. At the end, you will receive a certificate of participation and can take a photo with the chef.
