What you will do
Live an authentic horseback excursion along the Sorrento Coast, discovering the most characteristic corners of Massa Lubrense, in the heart of Campania, guided by qualified equestrian guides affiliated with SEF Italia.
After a short briefing, you will depart from Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi towards the Chapel of San Sebastiano, entrance to the ancient village. You will ride along a lane bordered by a stream that feeds the historic washhouses, where you might meet local women still washing clothes by hand in the stone basins. From here, you will continue along Via Canale, crossing the historic center with the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie and the characteristic cobblestone alleys.
Next, you will reach a breathtaking panoramic viewpoint, from which you can admire the Li Galli islands, the Salerno Coast, the village of Torca, Monte San Costanzo, and the stunning Capri. The ride will then lead you to Pineta Le Tore, the green lung and highest point of Sorrento, where the view embraces Vesuvius, the Gulf of Naples, and the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida. After a regenerating stop, you will return through the woods to the center of Sant’Agata, completing a horseback route full of nature, landscapes, and authentic emotions.

- The route is approximately 6 km long
- A briefing will be held before the excursion to assess participants’ horseback riding level

WEATHER CONDITIONS
In case of light rain, the experience will not be canceled. Rain jackets or ponchos (on loan) will be available to ensure comfort and safety during the ride.
PETS ALLOWED
Pets are allowed in this experience and can remain inside the Ranch, provided they are kept on a leash and under the supervision of their owner.
HOW TO REACH THE RIDING STABLE
The riding stable can also be reached by public transport.
- The area is served by SitaSud regional buses with frequent departures.
- The main stop is in the center of Sant’Agata, just a few minutes’ walk from the starting point of the experience.
- The distance from Sorrento is about 10 km (20/30 minutes by bus). From Sorrento station, SitaSud buses depart towards the main destinations of the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast, up to Positano and Amalfi.
