What you will do

You will retrace the fascinating history of the Greek city founded around 600 BC, initially called Poseidonia, in honor of Poseidon, the god of the sea, and in 273 AD it became an important Roman colony and was renamed Paestum.

You will learn stories, anecdotes, and curiosities while walking among the ruins of the temples of Athena, Hera, Apollo, and Zeus with an expert archaeologist who personally oversaw the restoration work of these beautiful sites.

The experience will continue with an interesting visit to the National Museum, where you can admire some of the most important Greek and Roman artifacts, including the Tomb of the Diver, an artistic masterpiece dating back about 2500 years.
