BREAKFAST

• The included breakfast features a coffee or cappuccino with a traditional pastry made with chestnuts or hazelnuts (depending on season).
• Depending on availability, breakfast may also include a croissant or another pastry prepared by the bakery.
• If the pastry shop is closed, breakfast will be provided at another pastry shop or bar in the village.

SANCTUARY OPENING

The Sanctuary is usually closed to the public. As a mountain sanctuary, it can only be reached on foot or, alternatively, by helicopter.
It only opens on special occasions, such as the feast of Saint Michael the Archangel or specific events organized by the Parish or the Pro Loco of Calvanico.

TRANSPORT

The CSTP bus no. 23 connects Salerno to Calvanico, but services have been reduced and are not always convenient. It is recommended to reach the meeting point with your own car.
For travelers without a car, from Salerno you can take bus no. 10 (every 30 minutes) to Baronissi, where a transfer by car with the guide can be arranged.

WINTER SNOWSHOE HIKE

In case of heavy snow, the excursion will be carried out with snowshoes, turning into a fascinating winter snowshoe hike. If the snow cover is light, the excursion can be done with regular hiking boots. For more information write to support@esperi.it.
