What you will do

Live a unique and unforgettable culinary experience by joining a cooking class aboard a vintage boat, moored in the charming port of Castellammare di Stabia. You will learn the secrets of fresh Campanian pasta, delighting in Mediterranean flavors, followed by a scenic boat tour along the Sorrento Coast. A total immersion in flavor and breathtaking views in the heart of Campania.

Your gastronomic experience begins comfortably on board the boat. While docked, you’ll be guided by an expert chef who will walk you through the art of making homemade fresh pasta. You’ll learn how to prepare typical shapes such as Cavatelli, Scialatielli, Orecchiette, and Spaghetti alla Chitarra. You'll also discover the recipes for the most iconic sauces, such as the rich Neapolitan Ragù, the creamy Nerano, and the flavorful provola and potato sauce.

After preparing your dishes, you will set sail on an unforgettable panoramic boat tour along the Sorrento Coast.
