• Please arrive at the selected meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance.
• French and Portuguese languages are available only on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
• The experience is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with mobility difficulties.
• For groups with fewer than 6 participants, the visit to the ruins will be conducted with an audio guide. A live guide is guaranteed from 6 participants onward.

SEMI-PRIVATE AND SMALL GROUP

During the booking process, you can choose between two different options, designed to offer experiences with different group sizes.

• The Semi-Private tour offers a more exclusive experience with smaller groups (up to 8/10 participants).
• The Small Group tour, on the other hand, includes larger groups (up to 18/20 participants).

To guarantee the departure of the Semi-Private option, a minimum of 4 participants is required. Otherwise, the tour may be converted into the Small Group option with a partial refund or reconfirmed with a possible dedicated supplement.
